This week I went for a hike, posted my new Beach Bum set, and entered the ManyVids awards.
Friday I did my workout and relaxed at home a bit before heading out for errands. I made it to my P.O. Box where I picked up some packages. The rest of my night was relaxing on the couch while watching Netflix.
Saturday I was online in the afternoon until 6 pm, then did my workout after I got off. I ate leftovers from Friday and watched Netflix. There was a UFC Fight Night on (smaller fights), but I didn’t watch.
I had a busy day on Sunday! I decided to eat brunch at Edgar because I was craving how good their dishes are. To start, I had a London Fog tea because I LOVE the way they make it. For food, I ordered the “Chorizo” dish which had chorizo sausage sauteed with fingerling potatoes, romesco sauce, manchego cheese, 2 poached eggs, black kale, and grilled bread.
One of my favourite things about Ottawa is that nature is so close. All fueled up, I wanted to go for a hike in the Gatineau Park. From the restaurant, it was a short 10-minute drive to Pink Lake. While the lake is not actually pink, it is a pretty blue-green depending on what time of year and how the sun is shining. It is named after the Pink family, who settled the land in 1826. I’ve included some info pictures from signs around the lake for you to read. It’s a gorgeous spot! There is a hiking trail that runs all the way around the lake (about 2 kilometers). I saw 4 chipmunks on the trail, lots of fish and a few tadpoles in the water.
Monday I had a bubble tea, which seems to be this year’s summer drink. Last year it was McDonald’s Vanilla Chai Frappe. I spent some time on the balcony while editing pictures for the July photo set.
Tuesday I finished up the set that is now called Beach Bum and it is up for you all to see! Logging onto ManyVids for cam, I noticed they added a Lovense option! We can now use lush in the chat room and it will react to tips.
Wednesday I entered the ManyVids Community Awards contest and made paid vote deals for you lovelies. I ordered in Mexican and had a taco combo with chips and homemade salsa.
I had such a fun, awesome, amazing, wonderful night on cam Wednesday. A member tipped for a day off while also beating my highest single tip of all time!
Thursday I was writing this blog while eating one of my favourite foods…a poke bowl! The awards contest started in the morning and runs until the 28th! You can go vote for me here. I am in 6 categories at the moment, but I will be posting on Twitter which ones to focus our efforts on soon.
