December 13 – 19, 2019
For my day off on Friday, I really wanted to relax, so I quickly cleaned the apartment and settled onto the couch to watch Netflix. I ordered in sushi and played rocket league on the Switch.
Saturday afternoon I was online on ManyVids until it was time to leave for supper and to watch UFC. I went to a sports bar called Local Heroes and watched the UFC with a few friends until around 2 am. I had a chicken caesar wrap with fries and coleslaw for supper. There hasn’t been a big UFC since the one I attended in NYC, so I was excited to see this one. On top of that, there were 3 title fights on the main card for I think the first time! Title fights are 5 rounds of 5 minutes and most of them went right to the end, so as I said, it didn’t end until 2 am. Since I was there for hours, when I came out to the car, it was covered in snow! It had dumped 6 cm of snow in just a short time!
The next morning, I picked up a quick brunch at Tim Hortons. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, hashbrown, and an iced coffee. I noticed they changed their plastic lids to match the hot coffee lids to not only have the maple leaf but now you also don’t need to use a straw!
The ManyVids “Holiday Hottie” Contest kicked off Sunday morning and will end Christmas night. I decided to enter, and my goal is to beat my rank last time of #38. The picture I’m using for it is from this month’s photo set that will be released next week! I also made another batch of ornaments before cam.
Monday I reorganized the whiteboard that I use for work. Now I have a much easier way to display my to-dos and it’s already relieving stress! Tuesday I picked up packages from my P.O. Box and went to Walmart to get a humidifier for the living room.
I was contacted last week by the ManyVids team asking me if I was interested in helping them test a new feature on their website. It’s being kept hush, so I can’t say exactly what it is quite yet. On Wednesday, I helped MV troubleshoot! I found it really cool that they only asked a handful of people and I was one of them! I’ll also be sent their new “Boss Babe” sandals as a thank you.
I finally booked my vacation on Thursday for the end of January and I’m going back to Cancun Mexico! After hours of looking at resorts, I kept coming back to the one I stayed at last year. I loved it and with all the excursions away from the hotel, I missed things I wanted to see. This way I know what to expect, I can catch up on things I missed and re-do the parts I really enjoyed. I’m so excited to lay on the beach and tan my booty!
