Singing In The Rain

April 2020

As you’ve probably figured out from Twitter, I will now be posting FREE monthly blogs instead of member-exclusive weekly blogs! I’ve already made my past blog posts available to read from the last year.

I hope you’re all staying healthy and you had a safe Easter earlier this month. I’ve been staying inside and keeping my full-time work schedule. I’ve also been ordering online as much as I can (groceries etc.) and practicing social distancing when I do go outside.

At the end of March, I got out to take pictures at a dock in Gatineau. This was before there were any Police ride stops for people crossing from Ottawa into Quebec. As of right now (end of April) you can only cross the provincial border for essential reasons.

I played my flute at the beginning of the month and practiced my new music book.

During this time in isolation, I’m making it a point to keep up with my workouts. I’m still trying to get a yoga session here and there. I had one exercise band I’ve had for years and it inconveniently broke this month. I ordered new sturdier bands from amazon and at a fitness shop nearby. I’ve been finding new ways to incorporate them in my workouts and it’s going really well!

I ordered a new self-cleaning litter box for my cats! I don’t have to scoop anymore, it smells less, and is more sanitary for me and the kitties. What’s not to love?

I was gifted a Fitbit Versa 2 smartwatch this month and I’ve been using it every day since I opened the box. It’s cool to be given detailed insights into my daily routines, sleep patterns, and workouts.

Here are some of the delicious meals I ate this month! I’m so happy to still be getting GoodFood meal kits delivered so I don’t need to stress too much about running out of groceries.

I enjoy baking and I decided to make lemon squares and sugar cookies this month, just for the hell of it.

I discovered some older movies I haven’t watched before. My favourite was “Shutter Island”. It’s a psychological thriller from 2010 starring Leonardo DiCaprio. I also watched “That’s My Boy” and “Contagion”.

I found a cool new animated series on Netflix called Midnight Gospel. It’s about the main character exploring other worlds in a universe simulator to talk to other beings about existential questions about life. It comes across sounding like a podcast with trippy animations and it’s really interesting to watch.

I filmed a new video, Roommate Watches Me Cum POV, and shot a new photo set, “Take A Bite” (exclusive for members).

I worked offline on cutting out egg and chicks for my wall, finishing a friendship bracelet, editing show recordings (releasing soon), and answering emails and DMs. I also had the pleasure of participating in the Lovense Orgy that took place through Twitter. It was really fun getting to feel the patterns as people were tweeting the specific hashtags!

I made a quick video for the Cammy Awards to have a part in their awards show reveal. We also placed in the finals for Cam Girl Rookie of the Year!

Thank you all for coming in and tipping this month on cam! We finished at rank #8 on ManyVids and also made MV Live Star of the Day once. We also placed #15 in the April Showers Contest which is our best ever on a monthly contest!

Thanks for reading!
